Our Services

Global Tax Navigators provides tax preparation and filing services for individuals and businesses across the United States and Canada, supported by our proprietary tax filing software platform. Services include individual and business return preparation, cross-border filing support, year-round planning, and assistance responding to tax authority notices.

SMS Text Messaging Program

By opting in through our website chat widget, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Global Tax Navigators. We operate two independent SMS categories:

Customer care / customer support messages (also referred to as informational or transactional communications): responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry.
Promotional messages: special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements from Global Tax Navigators.

Client Responsibilities

While we prepare every return with care, we do not guarantee any specific refund amount, audit outcome, or tax result. Tax law is subject to interpretation and change, and outcomes depend on the accuracy of information provided to us.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Global Tax Navigators' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
